Fabulous hotel that has stunning location in perfect natural area. An iron with ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk available in the single room. Location near to the fields around the castle, the old castle and old style rooms and the garden, the magnolia and a beautiful huge tree.

Very good location, super gardens and walks in the deer forest nearby. The rooms in the stable were very comfortable and clean, although a real double bed would have been much appreciated.
The hotel had not received our booking but within minutes had found us a room and we were settled in. Shame about the rain.

The warm reception we received when we arrived. The unique history of the Castle and the wild game preserve. The walking paths a great way to relax. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and beautifully presented.
The room needed a little update, as the wallpaper was starting to peel....but the bathroom was in top condition.

Great hotel with amazing staff and breakfast! When we checked in we got given a Christmas present, how lovely of them :D We went deer hunting in the morning around the castle.
Too expensive.. but worth it compared to other hotels which is only probably slightly cheaper but at a much worse condition.

I had a wonderful experience overall. the accommodation is beautifully designed and located in a fantastic setting, just a short walk from the restaurant, picturesque fields surrounding the castle, and charming old-style rooms. the breakfast featured freshly baked bread, which was delightful. the service was consistently great, and I appreciated the complimentary wake-up service and ironing.

Beautiful modern restoration of the old castle. We stayed in one of the old barns and both parents and children loved it. The locally produced gourmet food was just what we needed after a day in Legoland. Nice staff. Remember to book a table in the restaurant if you would like to enjoy their excellent couicine. We also enjoyed the very beautiful garden where the children could run around while we had morgen mad (nice as well!). I would warmly recommend Hindsgavl Caste both for families or just a romantic get away.

Nice rooms and beds
Check out already at 10am, which is unacceptable. The gourmet restaurant was fully booked, so we could only get a one-course meal 6-7pm or bar food. The nearest restaurant is miles away and guests should somehow how an opportunity to dine at a restaurant at a four star hotel. We chose the bar food, which was ok.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave and was pleased with the alternative activity options it offered. The facilities were ideal for a work gathering, and I particularly enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and walking trails.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center to use for last-minute printing and other office needs.

Delicious homemade food, beautiful castle park, and a relaxing, pampering experience. Cons: No water in the rooms , dirty room , and only one cup of coffee.
